If so, then you should have about a 1/4*3*2 = 1/24 chance of not getting shuffled at all.
That's basically my question: *IS* there a 0% chance of your team being put in the correct place? I mean, does it LITERALLY shuffle your people where there is a 1/4 chance of your Rank-1 person being put in rank 1, and then if so a 1/3 chance of your Rank-2 person being put in rank 2, and if so a 1/2 chance of your Rank-3 person being put in rank 3?
